ABOUT URSULA DAVID
Over 20 years ago, Ursula David began her on-the-job training as a home builder working for her father’s construction business. The strong work ethic she learned from her Dad remains an important part of her professional values today.
In 1983 she worked as project coordinator for a large construction firm then formed a partnership with another home builder that would last 11 years. With an in-depth knowledge of the construction business and a personal philosophy for home building, Ursula founded her own company as a custom home builder dedicated to strong customer relations and excellent construction.
Today, Ursula David continues to build a select number of custom homes each year, focusing on the booming resurgence of new homes built in the revitalized Indianapolis downtown.
On occasion, Ursula David offers prime home building sites in the downtown
Indianapolis area as well as custom homes she will build on a speculative,
